Blurb (from Goodreads):

THE TRUTH WON’T HIDE FOREVER

To protect Logan, I have no choice but to deceive him.
But I’m not the only one hiding the truth.
Will our love survive all the secrets and lies?

Enemy alien ships crowd the skies over Earth while the world waits with bated breath. The Saven have been exposed, and where once they were abhorred, they are now championed as our greatest ally and our only possible savior.

Logan and Sadie have been separated, and the longer he is gone, the more their love is tested by duty, doubts, and deception.

Sadie and Jarod have infiltrated the highest levels of government, but they are playing a dangerous game. Surrounded by people with conflicting agendas—hell-bent on using her for their own aim—Sadie is confused when the lines between good and evil are blurred. It’s impossible to tell friend from foe, and no one can be trusted.

When the full extent of the experiments taking place in Sector Twenty is disclosed, Sadie can no longer sit back and watch as the lower classes face a horrific fate. Racing to save her loved ones and mankind, she risks her own safety and the love she’s waited a lifetime for to do the right thing.

But no one thought to save her from herself.

Wow, this book was simple amazing! And this is quickly becoming one of favourite series. And thar ending!! OMG! I have sooo many questions, I’m dying to know what happens next!

Saven Disclosure picks up where book 1 left off. Logan is getting busy with more “alien business” and their long distance relationship is becoming more difficult to handle as secrets are being kept on both the sides. Meanwhile Sadie learns about the horrendous experiments going on in Sector Twenty where her sister has been taken while a threat of another alien invasion is looming over them. Will Sadie be able to save her sister without compromising her loved ones or will she loose herself in the process?

This book started with a bit of a slow pace but it didn’t waste it’s time to pick up its speed. The plot was constructed so well and the writing hooked me from the very first page. There was not a dull moment in this book as one thing or the other kept happening. So many new information and twists kept me interested throughout the book. The threat of another invasion from another alien species was pretty intriguing and I loved how it was handled.

The relationship between Sadie and Logan was stressed as both of them are keeping secrets order to protect each other. Although there was a lot of tension and heartbreak, but I simply loved the chemistry between them. And the romance topped off a notch, it was pretty amazing! As usual, I loved Sadie, she was caring yet strong, ready to do anything to protect her loved ones. Though some of her decesions were questionable but it was justifiable as well. I was a bit angry with Logan at first, though I guessed there must be some pretty big reason behind it and I was right. Nonetheless, I just love these two together!

The other characters were pretty interesting as well. I loved Sadie’s sister, she was so warm and caring and I’m dying to know what happened to her! But Dante is simply horrific, I don’t think that guy’s redeemable, especially after what he did. I also enjoyed the action, it was swift and engaging and the humour was an additional bonus!

Overall, Saven Disclosure was a great second installment. The plot was throughly engaging and the characters added life to the story. The twists and turns were handled really well and of course it ended with Siobhan’s signature style, i.e. a huge cliffhanger!! I can’t wait to read the next book!

Recommend it?
